All unworn items may be returned within 5 days of purchase for refund or exchange if accompanied by sales receipt. Unworn items may be exchanged or credited within 15 days from the date of purchase, if accompanied by a sales receipt. Personalized items and custom orders are considered final sales. Special sale items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Layaways are held for a maximum of 60 days with regular deposits. Deposits on lay-a-ways are non-refundable. Birthday cards can be applied to one in-stock item only, exclusive of Estate/consignment pieces and special orders. Birthday cards may be used on sale items with a reduced discount.
