| From Highway 35 (North) Eatontown/Shrewsbury: |
| Go over the railroad tracks at Newman Springs Road. Going straight continue on Broad Street to the end. Turn right onto West Front Street that becomes River Road after approximately one mile. Continue on River Road until you pass the Episcopal Church on the right. Fair Haven Commons is the 2nd right after the church. |
| From Garden State Parkway: |
| Take Exit 109 (Red Bank-Lincroft). Turn left on Newman Springs Road. Make a right after the overpass at the jug handle. Cross over Newman Springs Road to Half Mile Road to 2nd traffic light (end of road). Turn right on to West Front Street that becomes River Road. Continue until you pass the Episcopal Church on the right. Fair Haven commons is 2nd right after the church.
