The Gem of an Idea staff is both comfortable and knowledgeable and eager to welcome you. the founder and owner, Maureen Bay as well as Yaiaira Garcia and Debbie Blasi all trained at the Gemological Institute of America. Gem of an Idea has built its reputation on creative, unique and inspiring jewelry designs as well as the classic and timeless. The staff also include 5 sales associates and two bench jewelers/setters including two gemologists and computer/office personnel.
